At Loomkaari, every product is carefully crafted and packed with attention to detail. We want your order to reach you safely, beautifully presented, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your purchases are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • This includes quality checks, packaging, and handover to our delivery partners.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer — the estimated timeline will be mentioned on the respective product page or communicated after your order.

If we experience a high order volume or an unexpected delay, we will notify you via email.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metro areas.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that Loomkaari is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the Website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
If you face any issues tracking your order, please contact us at support@loomkaari.com with your order number.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
Loomkaari will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


6. International Shipping

At present, Loomkaari ships only within US, UK, Canada and Australia. For delivery in any other location kindly reach out to customer support for more details.
We plan to expand more delivery locations soon — please stay tuned for updates.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching your orders. However:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@loomkaari.com with photos of the packaging and product.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund where applicable.

8. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted national courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and serviceability by our logistics partners.
