5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Certain products on Loomkaari may be custom-made or made-to-order to suit your preferences (e.g., size, fabric, color).
- Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Please contact customer support in such case.
- Estimated delivery times for custom items will be mentioned at checkout or in your order confirmation.
- Any delay due to craftsmanship or material availability will be communicated promptly.
6. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed are in your local currency or USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to revise prices, offers, or discounts without prior notice.
- Payments can be made through the secure gateways available on our Website. Loomkaari does not store your payment information.
7. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

- You will receive an email acknowledging your purchase.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
- Loomkaari reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock.
- There is an error in pricing or product information.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
In case of cancellation after payment, your amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
8. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to ship products within the time specified on the product page.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, or external factors beyond our control.

- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, and
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos and order details at support@loomkaari.com.
Please note:
- Handmade variations (color, texture, weave) are not eligible for return.
- Custom and made-to-order products are not returnable.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
